Flatwork Ironer

Our Flatwork Ironers are designed to offer unique features that ensure improved flexibility, increased production and the highest-quality finishing standards. Available in multiple finishing widths from 2500mm, 2800mm, 3000mm & 3300mm with 800mm roller dia. These ironers are specially designed for large volume of linens processing in a shortest time possible. The ironer frame is made of carbon steel to ensure longer life. Environmentally safe temperature resistant textile padding, and belts are used.

Our Flatwork ironers dries and iron flatwork including sheets, pillowcases, table linen, and other flat items made from polyester/cotton & 100% cotton. The ironer removes moisture and wrinkles from washed and extracted linen in an efficient manner and delivers a high-quality finishing.

The frame is built with high quality carbon steel primed and painted for long life. The cylinder is mirror-finish polished steel heated cylinder for efficient heat transfer and high-quality finish. A large efficient fan pulls evaporated moisture away from the cylinder. Nomex ironing straps that prevent absorption of moisture while ironing extends the life of all feed compartments.

A highly sensitive hand protection board ensures ultimate safety in each phase of the ironing process. The ironing machine control panel is composed of a converter control panel, two pilot lights, two buttons and a speed adjusting knob. Converter control panel is used to adjust and set running parameters.

The pilot lights indicate both power and overload. In normal operation, LCD on converter control panel displays the current frequency value. User can adjust running speed by adjusting frequency. The machine is adopted belt and chain driving system and frequency conversion adjusting speed system, which can save energy.
